Group Therapy
Group therapy encourages deep self-awareness and profound change through authentic, spontaneous interaction with others and sharing direct honest feedback. This intimate process allows you to be more fully yourself, take ultimate responsibility for your life, build more trusting relationships, and move through the world with a deepened sense of awareness and confidence. Facilitating groups has been a big part of my experience as a therapist, and I believe they are a cure to the loneliness and isolation epidemic. Keep reading to find the right group for you.
Please note that the first two groups listed are educational and support groups, not process groups. While personal history may be shared in the context of a topic, it is not the focus of discussion. All groups will be held online.

BIPOC Process Group for Women
A process group can be a powerful way to learn how to be your authentic self. By giving and receiving feedback, experimenting with vulnerability and truth-telling, and taking risks, group psychotherapy can change your life. In order to participate in this group, you will need to be in individual therapy concurrently.
Ongoing bimonthly group, Tuesdays, 6-7:30pm.
